The resolution was adopted by the show of hands.
The resolution:
- reiterates the condemnation in the strongest possible terms of Russia's unjustified war of aggression in Ukraine and demands the immediate termination of Russia's military activities in Ukraine as well as the unconditional withdrawal of all its military forces from Ukraine;
- expresses its support for the investigation launched by the ICC Procecutor into alleged war crimes, crimes against humanity and crimes of genocide committed in Ukraine;
- calls on the EU institutions to support the creation of the necessary legal basis that will allow the creation of a special tribunal for the punishment of the crime of aggression committed against Ukraine;
- welcomes the EC proposal to extend Eurojust's mandate and operational functions with regard to the analysis, preservation and sharing of evidence in support of investigations and prosecutions of core international crimes;
